Foundry Sign collects signatures on contracts, NDAs and policies from employees, investors and partners. Every step is recorded in a tamper-evident log, stamped by an independent timestamp authority and copied outside our servers. Anyone holding the PDF can check it.
Email code at signing
The signer proves control of the mailbox at the moment of signing, not only by opening a link.
Records nobody can edit
Each event includes the hash of the one before it. A completed document gets an independent RFC 3161 timestamp.
Checked without us
Copies go to every signer and to write-once storage. The verification page needs only the PDF.
Signers do not need an account. If you were invited to sign, use the link in your email.
